1. Working Principle: The high-purity hydrogen generator operates primarily based on water electrolysis technology. Direct current is used to decompose water into hydrogen and oxygen, with the chemical reaction 2H₂O → 2H₂↑ + O₂↑. The electrolyte is typically an alkaline solution (such as potassium hydroxide), and noble metal catalysts are used at the electrodes. After separation, the generated hydrogen and oxygen are removed by adsorption devices such as drying tubes to obtain high-purity hydrogen.
2. Instrument Features:
Program Control: All operating processes are program-controlled. It automatically indicates pressure and flow rate, maintains constant pressure and flow, and the hydrogen flow rate can be automatically adjusted from 0-1000 ml/min according to usage.
Low Humidity in Hydrogen Production: Membrane separation technology and an effective dehumidification device are used, thus reducing the initial humidity. Two-stage adsorption ensures the hydrogen humidity reaches a dew point temperature of -56℃.
Easy Operation: Hydrogen production begins simply by connecting to a power source. It can be used continuously or intermittently, with a stable production rate.
Safety devices: Equipped with safety devices.
